We have initiated Sealing Machine product line as to meet the rising demand of startup and SMEs customers. We design and import tabletop automatic sealing machines which are affordable for small businesses and very easy to use. The machines can be stationed at point of sale for packing onsite, giving flexibility and increasing competency for food entrepreneurs. At present, we have 2 brands of sealing machines, namely ENTERPACKTM (from South Korea) and SMART PACKTM (from China)

Shrink film is the trade name for plastic used for product wrapping such as bottled water packs or product boxes. It provides tertiary packaging and physical protection for the target products. Under certain heating condition, shrink film will be shrunk and deformed into the shape of the products it enwraps around. Raw materials for shrink film are normally PVC (stiff) or LDPE (flexible). We produce and deliver shrink film in the form of stock roll for use with automatic shrink-wrapping machine during final packing process.

We produce PP and PET sheet roll for plastic converter customers for further processing. These sheets can be used in thermoforming process to make final packaging products for food, pharmaceuticals, electronics and consumer products packing. Customers may specify the type of materials, thickness, width and other special properties such as coloring, anti-blocking, and/or anti-fogging property.

We can increase value adds for your food packaging by gravure printing services. Artworks and graphics can be printed on Flexible Packaging for marketing purpose and end user attraction. We are specialized in Gravure Printing technology that can print in bulk continuously with high quality. The process starts from engraving graphics onto the printing block’s surface. The block’s surface then transfers food compliance colored inks onto the Flexible Packaging’s surface, resulting the desired apparent artworks. Up to 8 different colors can be printed at a time.
