LION: The perfect transformation of energy into efficiency With 400 cuts per minute (with double blade) and a large in-sertion chamber measuring 350 x 240 mm (W x H), the LION slicing and portion cutting machine provides high capacity and sufficient space for numerous slicing applications. It complements the portfolio of slicing and portion cutting ma-chines by a broader, larger machine model that is especially suited for the supermarket and industrial target groups. LION can cut bone-in or boneless products such as bacon, pork belly, pork blade steaks, cutlets, beef steaks, roulades or cheese products.

The automatic crossfeed grinder with their strong drives meet the highest demands in processing and the hourly output. They are selectively available with and without a mixing device and are very suitable for the processing of big meat parts, fresh and frozen up to -18°C. The MultiGrind grinders can either be equipped with the cutting system Enter-prise, which has the sizes E52 and E56 or the Unger cutting system and the sizes 130 and 160. With the Unger G160 the AW160-240 is able to perform an hourly output of up to 4000 kg and a batch size of 180-200 kg.

TT1815 & TT1512 Automatic Double Clippers Area of Application The TT automatic double clippers are the result of many years of ex-perience and systematic product development. All familiar plas-tic, fibrous and collagen casings from caliber 35–140 mm (TT1815) and 20–80 mm (TT1512), can be cleanly and efficiently closed. Fast conversion to a different clip pitch (from 12 to 15 mm or from 15 to 18 mm) enables individual use and increases flexibility of the caliber range. The TT automatic double clippers can be connected to all conven-tional filling machines. They seal the portions precisely to produce individual, string and ring sausag-es without sausage meat residue in the casing ends. This modern closure technology is also used for many applications outside of the food industry, e.g. for packaging semi-finished confectionery prod-ucts, cheese, soups or non-food products.
